PLOT
*Courage the Cowardly Dog* centers on Courage, an overly frightened dog living with Muriel and Eustace in a farmhouse near the fictional town of Nowhere, Kansas. After being abandoned as a puppy, Courage was adopted by the kind Scottish woman Muriel Bagge and her grumpy, greedy husband Eustace. Eustace often torments Courage with a bright green, bug-eyed mask, shouting, "Ooga Booga Booga!" The trio frequently encounters monsters, aliens, demons, mad scientists, zombies, and other dangers that Courage must confront to protect his owners. While many of these creatures are terrifying or unsettling, some can also be sweet or distressed.
